This Christmas, you’re going to have a lot of temptation to participate in the consumer culture. You’re going to want to buy all kinds of frivolous things like movies and video games and extra clothes that you may need but odds are you don’t.

What we’re less likely to buy in this Christmas season is useful things. Things like tools or cookbooks, that kind of thing. And why not, right? This is supposed to be a season of consumption, after all. We spend so much of the year trying to buy the right things at the right times. What’s a little splurge every now and again?

That said, the best kind of gift without a doubt is the gift that keeps on giving. And we don’t mean that you keep buying things over and over and over again. We’re talking about a gift that keeps on adding value to your life in a repeated pattern. And the longer it keeps giving, the better.

And in that case, what better gift than a mattress? A new mattress offers the best support and makes sleep easier, meaning that whoever receives it gets more rest and gets more out of that rest.

Set a Schedule
Have a bed time. Make sure that you get to bed at the same time, or as near to it, as you can every night.

Blot out the Lights
Having light coming into where you sleep can be bad for your sleep patterns because they disrupt the physical cues that say it’s time to sleep. If you think this may be true, then keep things as dark as possible.

Don’t Eat
Make sure your food is digested and that you’ve drawn all the energy you can from it before you try to sleep.

Don’t Drink Either
Same story with drinking. If you’re thirsty, go for a cup of water.

Be Consistent
Make sure that you do this more often than not. An occasional lapse is permissible, as your body will adapt and put you back on schedule.

We have 700 different stores for you to visit. When we say that we’re the largest of the mattress retailers, we mean it. Yet, at the same time, we can understand how you may not be able to visit us, as we are located on the east coast. So, we’ve build distribution centers on both sides of the country, to ensure the speedy delivery of any mattresses you may want to order from us.

Service
We don’t even allow our salespeople out onto the floor without first providing them extensive training about mattresses. We want to make sure that the experience you have with us is the absolute best that you could have.
